Role Summary:

As a Senior Associate, you will provide essential technology support to the local office, including troubleshooting, end-user support, asset management, and customer service for hardware, software, and networks. You will be a subject matter expert in one or more technology areas, ensuring the effective delivery of technology services and support to the business. You will also participate in regional or local projects and collaborate with various internal teams to manage technology-related issues and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide local computer hardware and software support, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
  • Act as the senior IT specialist on-site, facilitating support through various teams and managing communications about service disruptions or key changes.
  • Manage internal/external customer expectations, ensuring quality customer service.
  • Participate in regional or local technology projects, including network support, A/V technology, and asset management.
  • Assist with the training and education of clients on technology tools, including MS Office, Google Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
  • Document all work, including research, resolution, and support provided, in the tracking system.
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and improve technical skills.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technology areas, providing guidance to the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective issue resolution.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA or BS) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT support or technology management experience.
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Office and Google Suite, with a solid understanding of MS cloud services (OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerBI).
  • Strong knowledge of technology service management processes and experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong spelling, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in managing multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others in a customer-focused, professional manner.
