Job Description:

We are seeking talented and driven tradersboth systematic and discretionary. Whether you specialize in algorithmic trading, high-frequency trading (HFT), or discretionary strategies, we invite you to join us for potential opportunities in the trading space. Positions involve working with proprietary trading firms, hedge funds and large financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematic Traders: Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies using advanced statistical, machine learning, and data-driven techniques.

  • Discretionary Traders: Conduct market analysis, interpret economic indicators, and make data-informed trading decisions based on market trends and sentiment.

  • Collaborate closely with research teams, developers, and analysts to build and refine trading models and systems.

  • Monitor and optimize trading strategies to improve risk-adjusted returns and align with market conditions.

  • Leverage advanced data sources, including alternative data, to identify profitable opportunities in various asset classes such as equities, commodities, forex, and crypto.

  • Ensure compliance with trading policies, risk management procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Analyze real-time and historical market data to identify patterns and refine decision-making models.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a trading role, with a track record of consistent performance and risk management.

  • For systematic traders, a strong background in programming (Python, C++, Java) and experience with algorithmic trading platforms.

  • Discretionary traders should have a deep understanding of market fundamentals and technical analysis with expertise in making high-impact decisions.

  • Advanced degrees in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines are highly desirable.

  • Experience in managing risk through robust models, including portfolio management and drawdown control techniques.

  • Familiarity with financial products including options, futures, and other derivatives is beneficial.

  • Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or other relevant credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available
