Experience: Trainee / entry and Intern level to head of HR
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Support employee development by coordinating corporate training and staff development programs, ensuring team members have access to learning opportunities.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and facilitating performance improvement plans where necessary.
Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, promoting diversity, and enhancing workplace morale.
Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring a fair and transparent work environment.
