Experience: Trainee / entry and Intern level to head of HR

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

  • Support employee development by coordinating corporate training and staff development programs, ensuring team members have access to learning opportunities.

  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and facilitating performance improvement plans where necessary.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, promoting diversity, and enhancing workplace morale.

  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring a fair and transparent work environment.
