Location: Fully remote and WFH.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
The role will be an opportunity to glimpse into and train in the world of Agency Recruitment. You will be exclusively supporting recruitment operations in North American and European Markets.
You will work with ATS and CRM systems learning to both filter, manage and maintain these systems to high standards
Understand and contribute to full Sales and Business development cycles in recruitment from lead generation to outreach.
You will learn to manage candidate pipelines from top to the bottom of the funnel
Understand and contribute to candidate sourcing in niche markets such as AI / ML engineers in silicon valley, Tax and transfer pricing talent across New York, Califoania, London and offshore tax jurisdictions such as Cayman and Channel Islands.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree from a reputed university in Sri Lanka
Background in both finance and technology / software: you are equally comfortable engaging in conversations about the balance sheets & PnLs to Tax regimes, offshore structuring and technical requirements for accountants and CPAs but also versed to understand software engineering tech stacks for AI / ML, back end and frontend
Excellent command and fluency of the english language
Ability to adapt to steep learning curves, and embodies continuous improvement in one's self, processes you follow and the teams you work with.

Interview process
The interview process will involve a
Recruiter screening call
Initial interview with CEO and take home assignment
Take home assignment review
Offers to selected candidates
