Web Designer

We are looking for a talented Web Designer with a strong WordPress background to join our team and help create visually compelling and highly functional websites.

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining WordPress websites to ensure they meet our high standards of functionality and aesthetics. You will work on various design touch-ups, manage project timelines, and ensure that all web designs are aligned with our brand and user experience goals.

What You'll Do:

• Perform touch-ups on existing WordPress websites, making improvements to design elements, layout, and functionality to enhance overall user experience.

• Develop and manage project timelines for website design and redesign projects, ensuring timely delivery of design updates and enhancements.

• Utilize your expertise in WordPress to design and implement custom themes and plugins, ensuring that websites are visually appealing and functionally robust.

• Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to integrate design elements seamlessly with technical requirements and brand guidelines.

• Conduct thorough testing of website designs to ensure they are responsive, user-friendly, and meet performance standards across different devices and browsers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.

• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail, including experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to perform design touch-ups and enhancements with a focus on improving user experience and visual appeal.

• Experience in managing project timelines and coordinating with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
