We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Systems Administrator with experience in NetSuite and ZIP administration. The successful candidate will assist in managing the finance team's tech stack, focusing on maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our financial systems. This role requires a solid understanding of finance-related applications and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining financial systems, including NetSuite and ZIP.

  • Provide support to the finance team, helping to resolve system issues and user queries.

  • Support core financial modules of NetSuite and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

  • Gain and apply knowledge in NetSuite billing and revenue systems, as well as financial close processes.

  • Assist with ZIP platform administration, ensuring proper configuration and optimization.

  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to ZIP integrations and workflows.

  • Help with system updates and upgrades, working to minimize downtime and ensure compatibility with existing systems.

  • Monitor system performance under supervision and contribute to necessary improvements.

  • Assist in maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Participate in IT projects related to financial systems, contributing to their timely and successful completion.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in systems administration with a focus on NetSuite and ZIP.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with NetSuite and ZIP administration.

    • Basic scripting and automation skills are a plus.

    • Understanding of core financial modules in NetSuite and related processes.

  • Project Management: Ability to assist with multiple tasks and projects.

  • Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders.
