Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into compelling video content. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with our brand's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging storylines and concepts for video projects.
  • Work on scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, and planning shoots to ensure all aspects of video production are well-prepared.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including adding music, graphics, effects, and color correction.
  • Organize and archive video footage for easy retrieval and future use.
  • Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their expectations.
  • Ensure all videos meet the company's standards for quality, style, and branding.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure it is always in good working condition.
  • Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve skills and the quality of video content.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, filming, and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video production work.
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality content.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on set and during post-production.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including on-location shoots.
