The Sr.Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.
What youll do:
- Job Advertising and Sourcing:
- Create and publish job ads across various online job portals and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during industry events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for future employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and team needs.
- Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles, including junior, senior, and executive positions.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to optimize the recruitment process.
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Candidate Engagement and Follow-up:
- Host and participate in job fairs to promote the organization and engage with potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future job openings, ensuring quick access to top talent when needed.
Your Must-have Attributes:
- Strong background in hiring for finance, admin and IT related roles.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques, including passive sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conducting training for hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Previous experience in participating in job fairs and industry events.
- Should be willing to work in an early morning shift (3AM-12PM)
- Additional Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to pass an NBI background check.
