We are looking for dynamic Sourcing & Procurement Team is looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Team Lead to support various procurement related tasks. The Procurement Coordinator Team Lead will serve as the lead of operational and tactical tasks essential to the source to pay processes.
This team member will report to the Procurement Teams Senior Manager. The successful candidate for this position will be highly motivated, prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment, has experience in the software industry and a strong understanding of sourcing and procurement concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and tactical support that is essential to enhancing and scaling Intake to Pay processes
- As part of a dynamic team, youll have the opportunity to support on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Ability to process a high volume of various project tasks & monitor updates in procurement systems
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining documents and data repositories
- Able to create and/or analyze reports, with very strong skills in Excel
- Assist and/or monitor vendor onboarding process, coordinating with cross functional and business teams as needed
- Experience in tracking contract renewals, drafting & sending notices
- Responsible for document execution via DocuSign
- Be the centralized point of contact for procurement process questions and requests
- Able to create and track POs, match invoices to POs
- Experience in developing process playbooks and maintaining process documentation
- Scheduling meetings and track minutes on behalf of Strategic Sourcing Team members
- Experience training end-users on key processes and eventually future procurement operations coordinators in the procurement processes
- Ability to provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks to support Strategic Sourcing Team
- Assist Strategic Sourcing Team in the RFP/bidding process
- Identify and recommend system or process improvements to optimize various procurement activities
- Experience reviewing and updating Order Forms, Statement of Works, and other standard contractual documents
Requirements:
- Previous sourcing and/or procurement experience in software industry strongly preferred, at least 6-9 years end-to-end process in a global set-up
- 1-3 years Supervisory experience (nice to have)
- Comprehensive understanding of Gmail/G Suite tools and Slack
- Advanced skills using Excel
- Excellent project management, verbal, presentation, and written skills
- Financial acumen/arithmetic skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, with consistent on-time results
- Ability to work well with a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- TL required to through and pass an NBI background check
(Preferred) Nice to have:
- Experience with Zip highly desired
- Experience with NetSuite, IronClad, Navan
