We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented International Payroll Manager to support our global payroll operations in close collaboration with our internal payroll staff and external partners. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll across multiple countries. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing international payroll at scale, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our global payroll function, maintaining compliance with local regulations, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the broader financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across 10+ countries

  • Partner with third-party payroll providers to ensure timely and compliant execution

  • Utilize Workday, Netsuite, and ActivePayroll platforms to support operations

  • Prepare and review journal entries, and support monthly financial close activities

  • Ensure compliance with international tax and labor laws

  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis

  • Drive continuous improvements in payroll workflows and controls

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years in payroll processing, with 5+ years in an international payroll role.

  • Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations, tax compliance, and payroll software (e.g., Workday, NetSuite,ActivePayroll, ADP, SAP, or similar).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High accuracy in handling payroll calculations and data integrity.

  • Ability to manage payroll across different time zones and jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Payroll certification (CPP, CIPP, or equivalent)

  • Experience working in a multinational company

  • Strong project management skills
