This role involves leveraging data and marketing automation tools, such as Clay (preferred but not required), to drive outreach and build relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be passionate about creating meaningful customer interactions that contribute to growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting Powerhouse: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as email, phone, social media, and marketing automation tools. Leverage platforms like Clay (preferred but not required) to automate and enhance lead generation efforts.
Lead Qualifier: Conduct thorough research on target businesses, understand their specific needs, and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our solutions.
Relationship Builder: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure a smooth and positive sales process. Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term engagement.
Sales Strategist: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create outreach strategies that align with company objectives. Use insights from client interactions to refine sales tactics.
Performance Tracker: Track outreach performance and sales metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve outreach and conversion rates.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in sales, business development, or a related role.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience with Clay or other marketing automation tools is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
