Payroll Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end payroll for local and global employees accuracy is key!
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure we are always in line with payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Employee Support: Be the go-to person for payroll questions, helping employees understand their pay statements and deductions.
• System Management: Maintain payroll systems and collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of payroll transactions and prepare reports for management.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or HR.
• You have 2-3 of payroll experience, with knowledge of local and global payroll regulations.
• You're proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Sprout) and GSuite.
• Strong analytical skills? Check! Great communicator? Double-check!

Nice To Have:

• Certification in payroll management (CPP or FPC).
• Experience with international payroll systems.
