We are looking for a dynamic and experienced data analytics professional to support our Client’s Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building the foundational data infrastructure and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of corporate data through detailed analysis and reporting. Your efforts will enable the GTM team to make informed strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage large data sets while upholding the highest standards of data quality.

This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of financial concepts. You will collaborate closely with Finance Stakeholders, including the Revenue Operations, GTM, and other teams within Finance.

Detailed duties & Responsibilities:

Tactical Data Analysis & Cleanup

  • Perform thorough data analysis with emphasis on targeted data points.

  • Clean up and prepare data for further analysis and reporting, ensuring 

    accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in maintaining reliable account hierarchy in Salesforce and manage 

    deduplication process from a large set of data, typically ranging from 

    10,000 to 30,000 rows each month.
  • Help analyze the sales funnel for the client’s product lines and support 

    analytical rhythms of the business through regular reviews and goal 

    setting.
  • Conduct monthly remapping of data to ensure it aligns with business 

    needs and objectives.
  • Continuously update and maintain a living database, ensuring it remains 

    accurate and relevant.

Dashboard and Reporting

  • Conceptualize, develop, and maintain centralized tools and dashboards 

    for data extraction and business management.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and GTM systems teams to integrate 

    diverse data sources, ensuring the creation and maintenance of reliable, 

    unified reports.
  • Deliver standardized output formats that are clear-cut and easily 

    interpretable by stakeholders.
  • Develop and socialize dashboards, reports, and other ways of enabling 

    the team and company to answer product data questions in a self-serve way.

Leadership in Data Quality

  • Take ownership of data quality initiatives, commanding the resources 

    necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Lead efforts to improve data quality processes and ensure compliance 

    with internal guidelines.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of business operations and utilize extensive

    data sets to generate insights that guide business decisions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively with business leaders to influence strategic 

    decision-making, presenting complex data in a consumable format.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address issues, demonstrating strong teamwork and execution skills.
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports to senior management and other key

    stakeholders in quick turnarounds.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or related technical field.
  • Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills.

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in data analytics with large data 

    sets.
  • Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, including 

    content analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Experience in Sales strategy, consulting or revenue analytics preferred.

  • Strong in SQL; familiarity with python/ jupyter notebooks or similar programming tools; experience with ETL processes and tools like Databricks and Snowflake, preferred.

  • Proven ability to initiate and complete analytical projects independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical contents 

    to non-technical audiences.
  • Action-oriented with natural curiosity for details and strong analytical 

    mindset.
