Description:

Assist in the implementation and coordination of the Cashbuild Community Support Initiative strategy.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification with minimum of 3 years’ experience in same or similar role
  • A relevant NQF 5 or higher qualification would be preferable
  • Awareness of local Social and Economic Development landscape.
  • An understanding of B-BBEE legislation and application thereof would be advantageous
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English at all levels
  • Excellent Time Management & Administration skills
  • Well-developed Project Management skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Key Performance Area:

Policies and procedures and administration

  • Keep track of local, national, and country specific Social and Economic developments that might impact on Cashbuild Community Support Initiative programmes.
  • Keep record of any request for donation or involvement received from external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Keep proper, accurate and up to date project files and records for all CSI projects including capital projects, donations, and supplier development.

Effective execution of all Cashbuild Community Support Initiatives.

  • Assist in the coordination of CSI programmes
  • Monitoring, measurement, and report on effectiveness of initiatives with recommendations for any changes and or continuations.
  • Coordinate the training and development programmes for the local enterprise
  • Draft communication for approved company programmes to be communicated to relevant internal and external stakeholders

People supervision

  • Effectively supervise subordinates ensuring all required outcomes and deadlines are met.

Receipt and evaluation of stakeholder requests

  • Receive and evaluate requests against the company B-BBEE strategy, policy guidelines and determine if request is to be escalated for consideration
