Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to internal teams as needed.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues from internal and external sources, ensuring proper follow-up until final resolution.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of Cartrack's application.
  • Conduct post-installation and QA validation to verify proper system functionality.
  • Review system and application logs for remote diagnostics of field devices.
  • Train and assist users in utilizing Cartrack application systems effectively.
  • Provide on-site field support, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Verify the successful completion of scheduled jobs.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering. 
  • 0-3 years of experience in the IT service industry or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication and strong customer-centric Mindset
  • Technically independent with good initiative
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
