Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to internal teams as needed.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues from internal and external sources, ensuring proper follow-up until final resolution.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of Cartrack's application.
- Conduct post-installation and QA validation to verify proper system functionality.
- Review system and application logs for remote diagnostics of field devices.
- Train and assist users in utilizing Cartrack application systems effectively.
- Provide on-site field support, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Verify the successful completion of scheduled jobs.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in the IT service industry or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and strong customer-centric Mindset
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
