Responsibility: 

Develop Compelling Case Studies

  • Collaborate with global sales teams and account managers to identify prime candidates for impactful case studies.
  • Conduct in-depth customer interviews to uncover comprehensive use cases and operational insights.
  • Analyze customer data to extract key metrics demonstrating the ROI of our solution.
  • Craft persuasive narratives highlighting customer challenges, our tailored solutions, and measurable operational improvements.

Create Engaging Customer Communications

  • Produce regular newsletters and targeted email campaigns featuring:
  • Product updates and new feature announcements
  • Best practices and tips for maximizing solution benefits
  • Industry trends and valuable insights

Generate Diverse Marketing Collateral

  • Develop a wide range of product and solution-focused content, including:
  • Concise one-pagers and comprehensive brochures
  • Compelling website copy
  • Thought leadership articles positioning our brand as an industry authority

Cultivate Media Relations

  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
  • Secure valuable media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.

Ensure Brand Consistency

  • Review and refine key communications to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels.

Requirements: 

  • Strong writing skills and exceptional command of English language, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Proficient in interpreting and analysing key metrics to extract insights.
  • Prior experience working with B2B products, either in a software or non-software context, is preferred.
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating across different departments and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous in reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
