Sales Trainer (Jakarta)
About the job Sales Trainer (Jakarta)
- Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms
- Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation and learning intervention
- Serve as the Regional point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within the region.
- Manage and execute training programs for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and, improve process execution.
- Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available
- Expertise to handle training for Telesales & Sales Executive
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 3 years in learning and development and/or sales training.
- Experience in training TELESALES, SALES, CLIENTS, etc.
- Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence.
- An ability to adapt content and conversation to meet the needs of the audience.
- Good command of English.
- Able to join ASAP.
