Responsibilities :
- Coordinating the scheduling of GPS tracking unit fitments to customers.
- Communicating with customers to confirm fitment appointments and provide updates as needed.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of GPS tracking units.
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of fitment operations.
- Managing the fitment scheduling system, including data entry and reporting.
- Monitoring and reporting on fitment progress to ensure timely completion.
- Identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of fitment appointments and status.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to fitment scheduling.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Has conversational level of English language skill.
- Minimum of Diploma Degree (D3) or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of experience in scheduling or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
