Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by establishing contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
- Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.
- Update CRM reports on a daily basis.
- Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads, and meetings.
- Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
- Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure, coordination skills, multi-tasking, service-minded.
- Initiative for problem-solving.
