Telesales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager for our growing team. This role involves leading a team to generate sales through outbound calls, maintaining communication, and collaborating with digital marketing and operations management.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion
Oversee daily sales progress updates and reports
Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales management to optimize lead management
Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems
Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales
Develop effective sales methods and strategies
Others assigned by direct report
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 7 years of Telesales or Call Center experience required, experience in Bank/Insurance or similar industry is an added advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels, demonstrating independence, proactivity, positivity, strong work ethic, and driven a can-do attitude
Proficiency in English
Excellent team collaboration skills
