Telesales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager for our growing team. This role involves leading a team to generate sales through outbound calls, maintaining communication, and collaborating with digital marketing and operations management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion

  • Oversee daily sales progress updates and reports

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales management to optimize lead management

  • Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems

  • Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales

  • Develop effective sales methods and strategies

  • Others assigned by direct report

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • At least 7 years of Telesales or Call Center experience required, experience in Bank/Insurance or similar industry is an added advantage.

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels, demonstrating independence, proactivity, positivity, strong work ethic, and driven a can-do attitude

  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent team collaboration skills
