Responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to retain Cartrack's customers by ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • You'll play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Additionally, you'll be involved in upselling new fitments and promoting the launch of new products to our existing customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • You'll also engage in farming activities, nurturing our customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
