Responsibilities:

  • Motivating the team to achieve sales targets
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals
  • Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Knowledge in IT solutions and features
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
