Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals
  • Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any related field
  • 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software
  • Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office
  • Own car and valid driving license
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong command of English
