About the job Human Resources Intern (Singapore)

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare employment contracts and relevant letters
  • Perform work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Administer onboarding and off-boarding activities 
  • Be familiar with HR general knowledge and company HR policies to provide general HR services and possess the ability to answer employees enquires Assist in preparation of management report 
  • Assisting with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining to ensure the data accuracy and quality of HR records 
  • Take part in HR systems upgrade or relevant projects to drive productivities and improvements 
  • All other duties as assigned 


Requirements:

  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity Possess critical thinking and good problem-solving skills 
  • Meticulous and well-organized
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA Macro will be a plus 
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment 
  • Positive attitude and a good team player 
  • Working hours: 9.00am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
