Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Take ownership of challenging projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and implement Cartrack software adoption, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
  • Independently handle customer onboarding procedures and deliver engaging training sessions and demos.
  • Lead initiatives, including proofs-of-concept and pilots for high-priority and complex customers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, unknowns, and hindrances to implementation plans proactively.
  • Address customer issues promptly to ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of Cartrack product knowledge, business workflows, sales processes, and market positioning.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to organizational processes for successful Cartrack product implementation.
  • Provide after-sales support, assisting customers with technical or product-related issues post-project completion.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, ensuring the success of new products.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and custom solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in CANBUS protocols, vehicle electronics, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Adaptability to changing project priorities and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
