Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling (Mainly), networking, and social media platforms.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that effectively demonstrate Cartracks products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand client requirements and provide tailored pricing structures and deals.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning.
  • Utilize CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (Vietnam Logistics network is preferred)
  • Deeply knowledgeable of SaaS/Healthcare/Industrial/FMCG Vietnam Logistics is a plus
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline, navigating through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Willing to do cold-calling to approach new prospects
  • Have start-up spirit
  • English communication is a plus
