  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media platforms actively
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.

Job Requirement

  • A strong background in new business accounts acquisition
  • You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions
  • Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
  • 5+ years of hands on B2B sales experience
  • A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities
  • Good communication & listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch
  • Resilience to always go to the extra mile to close the deals
