Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media platforms actively
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
- Establish B2B partnership strategy with different partners and vendors
Job Requirement
- A strong background in new business accounts acquisition
- You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions
- Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities
- 5+ years of hands on B2B sales experience
- TMS, supply chain or logistic background is preferred
- Good communication & listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch
- Resilience to always go to the extra mile to close the deals
