Responsibilities

• Mainly focusing on recruiting non-sales position (Operations/Technician)
• Plan recruitment strategies concentrating on Operations department
• Determine hiring requirements for the Operations Team
• Conduct various candidate sourcing activities
• Determine & implement candidate screening strategies
• Schedule interviews after communicating with interviewers
• Communicate with candidates to keep them informed
• Track hiring progress and hiring metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment field
• Experienced work in recruitment agency would be advantage.
• Has knowledge and experience in Technician, Mechanic, recruitment would be advantage
• Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. jobthai, jobsdb, facebook and Linked-in).
• Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
• Good command in English communication (Interview in English only)
