Installation Technician

Responsibility
-GPS device installation in all sort of vehicles
-Troubleshooting, device configuration, analyze root cause problem and solving
-Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
-Investigate complaints; conduct tests; resolving problems
-Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Automotive
-Technology/Electrical Technology.
-At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Automotive, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Analyzing Information, Client Relationships.
-Efficient with a good skill on developing good procedures
-Must possess a valid driver's license
-Willing to start ASAP
