Product Engineer (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities

• Conduct a meeting with the customer to explain and provide technical solutions
• Communicate with customers, the sales team, and the technical support team to identify product needs and system requirements
• Provide after-sales support for products
• Provide and help the technical support team with technical and engineering troubles
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational course, Diploma in Automotive, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience/Knowledge of Electronics and Automotive aftermarket product installations (Telematics/Sound Systems/Immobilizer etc.)
• Experience/Knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical repair of Automobiles and/or Heavy vehicles; (Electrical wiring repair, Faulty Finding and Mechanical Repair etc.)
