Control Room Agent

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Control Room Agent to join our team. What you'll be doing

• Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers' needs
• Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle
• Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues
• Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues
• Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
• Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments.

What we're looking for

• Conversational level of English language skill
• Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
• Experienced in IT or Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related field for at least 1 year
• Having experience dealing directly with the customers
• Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services is preferred
• Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
