Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate with recruiters to build high-performing teams aligned with company culture.
- Work with trainers to design and deliver impactful sales training programs.
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competition to create effective product and pricing strategies.
- Implement growth strategies, including new distribution channels and regional expansion.
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Performance Management:
- Set and maintain high-performance standards across all sales teams.
- Provide coaching and support to underperformers through structured improvement programs.
Relationship Management:
- Lead efforts to close large enterprise deals and maintain key client partnerships.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations effectively.
Brand and Marketing Alignment:
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all sales channels to align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Experience in business development and managing key accounts.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and process improvement
