Responsibility

  • Take full ownership of designing, developing and implementing recruitment strategies for Asia Pacific region to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Work with business to identify resource needs, develop resource plan and hiring strategy to support business needs.
  • Managing, train and develop a diverse recruitment team across Asia Pacific, ensuring the in-country recruiters are able to support the growth of the business in hiring the right candidates;
  • Monitor the regional recruitment activities and ensuring recruitment targets are met.
  • Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on hiring and retention and use of innovative sources to attract and retain talent.
  • Research and document industry and market intelligence on talents market, provide feedback to the business on talent trends while maintaining a strong communities of talent pipelines;
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles in the region.
  • Be a subject matter expert on talent strategies, mid-career and graduate hiring and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct and strong recruiting experiences (with at least 5 years in managerial/team leader role) in the region.
  • Experience in handling recruitment of sales and tech talents in Asia Pacific
  • Exposure and demonstrated success in supporting sales, tech and go to markets teams in the scaling up the organization is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and passion in human intervention and good communication skills with the capability to work with business.
  • High level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality in matters is a must.
