Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development & Management:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand Cartrack Vietnams market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Achieve revenue targets from partnership channels.
- Negotiate, execute, and monitor partnership contracts, ensuring full compliance and delivery from both Cartrack and its partners.
- Ensure smooth deployment of partnerships by developing key baseline materials such as guidelines, templates, and checklists.
- Provide internal and external training on partnership agreements, both online and offline.
- Create and update presentation materials to effectively communicate Cartracks offerings to partners.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to organize partner events as needed.
2. Business Growth & Expansion:
- Proactively identify, implement, and evaluate new business opportunities with partners.
- Work with partners to secure the best financial schemes while increasing Cartracks brand coverage.
- Expand Cartracks network by establishing relationships with new partners, organizations, and associations in relevant business lines.
3. Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the Fitment, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure efficient implementation of partnership contracts.
4. Planning & Organization:
- Drive the achievement of partnership business plans and revenue targets.
- Coach, train, and support relevant departments on new partnerships and programs.
5. Reporting & Performance Evaluation:
- Analyze and evaluate partnership and campaign performances using statistical reports.
- Provide timely reports and updates to the line manager as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in Partnership Development, Channel Development, or a similar role.
- Industry experience in IT solutions, software/hardware distribution, or related fields preferred.
- Proven track record of managing channel partners, resellers, or distributors to drive business growth.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking, IoT solutions, SaaS-based services, and fleet management technologies is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Strong command of English is required.
