Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development & Management:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand Cartrack Vietnams market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Achieve revenue targets from partnership channels.
  • Negotiate, execute, and monitor partnership contracts, ensuring full compliance and delivery from both Cartrack and its partners.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of partnerships by developing key baseline materials such as guidelines, templates, and checklists.
  • Provide internal and external training on partnership agreements, both online and offline.
  • Create and update presentation materials to effectively communicate Cartracks offerings to partners.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to organize partner events as needed.

2. Business Growth & Expansion:

  • Proactively identify, implement, and evaluate new business opportunities with partners.
  • Work with partners to secure the best financial schemes while increasing Cartracks brand coverage.
  • Expand Cartracks network by establishing relationships with new partners, organizations, and associations in relevant business lines.

3. Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with the Fitment, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure efficient implementation of partnership contracts.

4. Planning & Organization:

  • Drive the achievement of partnership business plans and revenue targets.
  • Coach, train, and support relevant departments on new partnerships and programs.

5. Reporting & Performance Evaluation:

  • Analyze and evaluate partnership and campaign performances using statistical reports.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the line manager as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in Partnership Development, Channel Development, or a similar role.
  • Industry experience in IT solutions, software/hardware distribution, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing channel partners, resellers, or distributors to drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of GPS tracking, IoT solutions, SaaS-based services, and fleet management technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong command of English is required.
