Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Sales to oversee and drive the growth of our business in Thailand. This role entails managing and collaborating with key Sales and stakeholders to ensure the successful expansion excellence for Cartrack.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key Sales and stakeholders
- P&L ownership
- Produce timely and accurate reports to management and team performance
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets
- Align Sales strategies with business objectives to increase market share in Thailand
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven Sales culture
- Ensure consistent high performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and training of the Sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Sales activities
- High level of leadership skills and provide necessary guidance to the respective staff to achieve department KPI goals
Requirements:
- Degree and/or experience in Business, Sales or related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales and leading teams of 30+
- Preferred industry experience in Software, Electronics, IOT, Automotive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach and a positive attitude
- Strong Command of English in a MUST
