Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
- Receive inbound calls from clients / prospective clients that are interested.
- Uphold the quality of the sales by providing the clients with all the relevant and adequate.
- Upsell clients to larger products and more extensive packages.
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those clients by making subsequent sales pitches.
- Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
- Build an instant rapport through effective communication.
- Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with clients when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years experience in Telesales / Telemarketing
- Passion to meet sales targets and hunger for sales
- Have a strong desire to earn a good income
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
- Ideally, you should be a good communicator who can be persuasive with customers
- Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as this candidate will engaging with clients
- Able to converse in Mandarin would be a plus
- Possess minimum education level in SPM and above
- Able to cope with Rejection
- Be driven by commission
