Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
  • Receive inbound calls from clients / prospective clients that are interested.
  • Uphold the quality of the sales by providing the clients with all the relevant and adequate.
  • Upsell clients to larger products and more extensive packages.
  • Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those clients by making subsequent sales pitches.
  • Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
  • Build an instant rapport through effective communication.
  • Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with clients when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years experience in Telesales / Telemarketing
  • Passion to meet sales targets and hunger for sales
  • Have a strong desire to earn a good income
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
  • Ideally, you should be a good communicator who can be persuasive with customers
  • Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as this candidate will engaging with clients
  • Able to converse in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Possess minimum education level in SPM and above
  • Able to cope with Rejection
  • Be driven by commission
