You excel in balancing swift execution with thoughtful contributions, demonstrating an understanding of the bigger picture. You will play a crucial role in transforming physical fleet operations globally. The Cartrack offering goes beyond connected vehicles and equipment, assisting diverse enterprise customers with a suite of product solutions, including Vehicle Telematics, AI-powered cameras, Cost Analysis, Driver and Cargo Safety, Delivery & Field services, and more. Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product design process from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional team members to build intuitive and delightful experiences.
- You'll distill complex interconnected problems and challenges, turn them into useful and usable solutions that provide a world-class experience for customers across 23 countries.
- Challenge the existing status quo, dive deep into our customers minds to understand what makes them tick, discover areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. Explore, design, test, learn, improve, and repeat.
- Use flows, mockups, and prototypes to visually communicate your ideas and vision to both end users and internal teams, ensuring attention to detail to maintain a high-quality standard in everything you create.
- Navigate through a complex information environment, bringing clarity to chaos with your UX and hierarchy senses.
- Comfortable with managing projects independently, driving a project from discovery to fruition while managing trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Sensitivity and intuition regarding elements that can make or break an experience, including hierarchy, copy, and the use of colors, are qualities you possess and are truly passionate about.
- Advocate for best-practice design processes, actively pushing for problem definition and solution design for the right impact.
- Contribute to the growth of our products through regular reviews.
- Work within a close-knit international design team, contributing to building our design growth, culture, and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product/UX design experience,
- Experienced with building in-house products and iterations (both web and app), B2B SaaS industry preferred
- Strategic product and design thinking, comfortable dealing with trade-offs with stakeholders
- Analytical, logical and process driven. Able to take complex situations and simplify them
- Excel in building integrated experience
- Excellent visual and copy senses
- Passionate, curious with a strong desire to keep learning
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with design tools like Figma
- Experience growing design systems
