IT / Operations Support (UAE)

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate jobs with Technicians.
• Respond to clients' concerns promptly.
• Respond to Relationship Managers' requests.
• Post Fitment Job.
• Assist the Operations team if a task is assigned.
• Managing basic IT tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
• Technically independent with good initiative
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in English, Arabic and basic Hindi/Urdu an advantage
