We are looking for someone interested in voice chatbots and operational efficiency LLMs to research, design, develop, and implement voice chatbot solutions and operational efficiency LLMs utilizing open-source technologies and integrating speech recognition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating conversational AI applications that enhance customer engagement and support across various industries.

Skills we are looking for and examples of day to day tasks 

• LLM 
• Research Voice Chatbot Development: Develop, test, and deploy voice chatbot solutions that use speech recognition to provide exceptional conversational experiences for customers. 
• Open-Source Technology: Utilize open-source tools and libraries to build scalable and efficient voice chatbot systems. 
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP techniques to enhance the chatbot's understanding of user intent, sentiment analysis, and context-aware responses. 
• Speech Recognition Integration: Integrate speech recognition systems to enable seamless voice input for chatbot interactions. 
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the product and UX/UI teams to create chatbots that are engaging, intuitive, and meet customer needs. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and chatbot technologies to keep the solutions competitive and relevant. 
• Data Handling: Develop data pipelines for gathering and processing voice and text data to improve chatbot performance. 
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure the chatbot performs optimally in real-world scenarios.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and chatbot functionality for knowledge sharing within the team. 

You have 

• You are completing a Bachelor/Masters/PHD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Proven interest in LLMs and coursework to that effect.
• Strong Python Programming knowledge. 
• Familiarity with open-source NLP libraries and frameworks such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers. 
• Proficiency in integrating and working with speech recognition systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Adept at staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and chatbots. 
• Experience with deploying and maintaining chatbots in production environments is a plus.
