About the job Customer Retention Officer (Thailand)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening
  • Solve Customer Issue, Research solution and implement corrective action to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Perform customer retention and maintain good relationship with customer in case that customer wants to cancel our contract
  • Negotiating with customers and analyze their behavior to renew contracts and retain business
  • Handling difficult calls by empathizing and building durable relationship with client
  • Cooperate with other department such as Sales, Operation, Technical and IT team to resolve client problem
  • Cultivated and develop customer relationship to enable sustained revenue growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • Have at least 2 years in Customer Retention, Customer service, Sales Executive, Telesales or related field.
  • Fair command in English (Able to read and send e-mail.)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on and a positive attitude
  • Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
  • Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded.
  • Initiative for problem solving.
  • Cultivated and develop customer relationship to enable sustained revenue growth.
