Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in HR, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
