Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in HR, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
