Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our business in Thailand. This role entails managing and collaborating with key commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the successful expansion and operational excellence for Cartrack.
Responsibilities:
Manage key commercial, operational and technical stakeholders in Thailand.
P&L ownership and management for Thailand.
Produce timely and accurate reports to management on country and team performance.
Demonstrate high level of leadership skills and provide necessary guidance to the respective staff to achieve department KPI goals
Requirements:
Degree and/or experience in Accounting
Experience working within a B2B sales environment
Extensive team leadership experience
Preferred industry experience in Software, Electronics, IOT, Automotive
Strong Command of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on approach and a positive attitude
