Responsibilities:

1. Creative content ideation and execution

  • End-to-end ideation and execution of creative ideas in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Develop creative, punchy, and engaging writeups that engages target audience (from script writing for videos, caption writing to ideation of visuals).
  • Interpret creative direction and technical information and turn them into persuasive copy concepts.
  • Update and amend ad copy according to feedback.
  • Provide context and stories that can be translated into foreign languages.

2. Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketers and graphic designers to develop high-quality creative strategies that meet business objectives and goals.
  • Collaboration with all key stakeholders to make sure messages are both strategically and medically accurate.

3. Marketing knowledge and audience understanding

  • Conduct research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors.
  • Understand target audience in every aspect to spark their interest and drive action.'
  • Stay updated with current and new trends and incorporate them into content creation to ensure relevancy and freshness.


Requirements:

1. Minimum Qualifications

a. Bachelors Degree in any of the following:

  • Creative Writing
  • Mass Communication
  • Marketing Management
  • Advertising Management

b. At least 1-2 years of experience in copywriting for performance marketing.

c. Familiarity with AI-based and automation-based creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude etc.)

d. Demonstrate advanced knowledge and capabilities in digital ads.

e. Willing to work onsite in Poblacion, Makati City.

a. Strong Writing Skills: Able to write compelling and persuasive ad copy that effectively communicates the intended message.

b. Critical Thinking: Able to persuasively influence through storytelling.

c. Creativity: Have a creative mindset to generate innovative ideas that resonate with the target audience and stand out from competitors.

d. Marketing and Advertising Knowledge: Have a good understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including target audience, messaging, and branding.

e. Detail-oriented: Able to convey ideas and concepts to support creative pitches.

f. Collaborative: Able to work closely with marketing team to develop high-quality creative solutions that meet business objectives and goals.

g. Adaptable: Able to take inspiration from trends and form ideas relevant to our offering.

h. Self-driven: Able to manage and complete projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
