Position overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our business in Thailand. This role will be responsible for managing with key commercial, operational, and stakeholders to ensure the successful expansion and operational excellence for Cartrack

Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive sales plan & strategies
• Establish best-in-class customer prospecting
• Meet & exceed assigned revenue goals
• Develop, execute, and deliver quality solution-focused executive overview presentations
• Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Link the solution value to the pains & gains to customers C-level management
• Develop and manage new clients through high quality, technical and professional client relationships
• Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients buying process, by taking ownership for the commercial agreement for each client
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
• Build world class sales teams (8-10 members) with strong recruitment, training and KPI management

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in any related field
• 8-10 years of experience in B2B Sales
• Extensive team leadership experience
• Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software
• Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office
• Own car and valid driving license
• Strong Command of English
