Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls both new corporate and individual customer.
  • Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs.
  • Explore a new markets and business opportunities in order to sell products and services.
  • Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged.
  • Keep standard of the communication and secure sales an appointment for sales team to follow-up.
  • Update and record the customer information in a database.
  • Create daily sales report and update.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Telemarketer/Telesales Representative or any related fields.
  • Working experience in Telemarketer/Telesales with any industry is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English skills.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and target oriented.
