About the job Sales Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms
  • Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation and learning intervention
  • Serve as the Regional point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within the region.
  • Manage and execute training programs for new hires, as well as existing sales force, aiming to boost sales performance and, improve process execution.
  • Evaluate sales performance, analyze the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and teams
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available
  • Expertise to handle training for Telesales & Sales Executive

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum of 3 years in learning and development and/or sales training.
  • Experience in training TELESALES, SALES, CLIENTS, etc.
  • Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence.
  • An ability to adapt content and conversation to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to join ASAP.
