Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Communication. Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and close sales to ensure targets are met. 

  • Accurate data capturing. 
  • Obtain referrals from current clients. 
  • Create awareness by distributing marketing material. 

2. Client Processing. 

  • Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client. 
  • E-mail the completed subscriber form to the client for signature and receive it back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client's signature. 
  • Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing. 
  • Generate quotations and follow-up. 
  • Follow up on fitment scheduling. 
  • Contact the client to confirm the scheduled appointment.
  • Follow up on fitment scheduling.

3. Company Standard.

  • Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard.
  • Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information/training sessions

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Vocational Graduate/Undergraduate/College Graduate.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with any of the following:
    • Telemarketing
    • Telesales Agent roles
    • Sales Representative roles
    • Outbound customer service roles handling sales account
    • Upselling background is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite in Poblacion, Makati City.
  • Must be tech savvy - familiarity with MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

2. Key Competencies and Skills: 

a. Sales Orientation. 

  • Adequate knowledge on end to end sales.
  • Ability to sell over the phone. 
  • Good understanding of telephone etiquette. 
  • Knows how to conduct sales presentation. 
  • Familiarity with CRM system is an advantage

b. Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills
