About the job Recruiter (UAE)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offers, primarily in UAE.
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Manatal).
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Stay updated on employment of UAE laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Coordinate and manage UAE visa processing and onboarding documentation for new hires:
- Collect and verify the required documents.
- Liaise with government relations officer for employment visa application, medical, Emirates ID, and labor contract issuance.
- Track and follow up on the progress of visa applications to ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment and visa processing reports for internal tracking and audits.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing procedures is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
