We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to support our day-to-day HR operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions, including work pass-related matters, employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and staff welfare, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative support.
- Handle work pass-related matters, including application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver, and appeals.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, and employee welfare programs.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Process employees HR-related requests and provide necessary information.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth office operations, including the replenishment of office supplies and facilities management.
- Support office administration and assist in coordinating company events or activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in HR and administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and work pass regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
