We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to support our day-to-day HR operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions, including work pass-related matters, employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and staff welfare, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.


Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative support.
  • Handle work pass-related matters, including application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver, and appeals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, and employee welfare programs.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate records and documentation.
  • Process employees HR-related requests and provide necessary information.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth office operations, including the replenishment of office supplies and facilities management.
  • Support office administration and assist in coordinating company events or activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as required.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in HR and administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and work pass regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
