About the job Talent Acquisition Specialist (Singapore)
Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Malaysia, and also across Southeast Asia (including Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam).
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
