Responsibility

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Malaysia, and also across Southeast Asia (including Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam).
  • Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
  • Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
